Instructor - Student

This page is divided into two section, general information about the student and the different certs and ratings in which they are enrolled.

Basic contact info:

• Name
• Address
• Phone numbers
• Email
• Gender
• Current cert if applicable

And training related specifics:

• Endorsement name, as it appears on FAA cert
• Primary instructor
• Additional instructors
• Airport
• Aircraft
• Solo limitations

Edit Student
Modify the student's information.

And the student can be deleted from the system.

If the student as enrolled in multiple training tracks you must select the one you wish to interact with.

Add Training
There are a number items that need to be configured when enrolling in a track.

When an instructor loans something to a student it can be tracked here.

It is a freeform entry field rather than a managed list of inventory.

Once you have specified which training track you are focusing on you will see the student menu.

Student Name
Returns you to the student info/training page.

Documents
A place for students to upload id, certs, medical, etc.

Status
This page page shows the students completion status for:

• Eligibility Requirements
• Aeronautical Knowledge
• Flight Proficiency
• Aeronautical Experience

Progress
A spreadsheet oriented page to show student progress on the different flight maneuvers. The goal is to get the the “Meets ACS” on all maneuvers to show they are ready for their checkride.

Lessons
Enter completed lessons and view past lessons.

Next Lesson
A place for the instructor to make notes as to what should be covered in the next lesson, and a place for the student to see what will be done in the next lessons so they an prepare.

Knowledge Tests
Upload knowledge test, decode PLT codes, track whether knowledge test has been reviewed.

Syllabus
When a syllabus has been selected you can review what is to be done in each module.

Endorsements
Print and track endorsements that have been issued o the student.

Account
Track lesson expenses and student payments.

Worksheet
Tools for students, knee board sheets with frequencies, runways, etc.
